yet the thread title is a clickbait and misleading. NUA rejection was by Marriott system and the property has nothing to do with it. The thread title would have been hyperbolic if NUA was confirmed but downgraded at check in.
Not to be crass, but if Marriott CS themselves told me it was the hotel's fault, i think the title actually spoke fairly true.
Indeed, I spoke on the phone with a US rep two days ago and was told the same that the hotel was responsible for this.
In any case, I'm going to PM lurker and try that.
