He’ll be treated as a gold as that is the card he personally has and thus politely refused, he will however be able to obtain a £30 LRV (light refreshment voucher). You have to be seated in first to be able to access the CCR under 18 years of age, an exception due to an operational downgrade I would imagine be made, but the booking would have had to be in first. Club or ET/WT/WTP with card status won’t grant access unless 18 or over I’m afraid.
