Officially the policy is this;
Customers under 18 years travelling unaccompanied in Club or Silver/Gold card holders – due to unmanned alcoholic beverages within the Lounges young passengers should be refused entry and offered a £30 voucher to use in airport eateries.
For the CCR it is;
Under 18 yrs customers travelling in First – these customers need to be escorted through security and presented to the Concorde Room reception. Baxter Storey staff should be advised.
As an overarching principle for clarification;
Under 18 years customers travelling in First – these customers need to be escorted through security and presented to the Concorde Room reception. Liaise with Team Leader/Guest Services to secure colleague escort. Under 18 years travelling in Club or GCH should be offered LRV £30 and refuse lounge entry.
