I just got this email.. was filtered into my "Promotion" folder by Google automatically.

Very upset about this as I was a long time Hertz user for work for over a decade, but changed jobs and stopped traveling post pandemic. I've been doing 1 rental a year to keep my points alive, and was also impacted by the sudden 12-month change last year (and had to get the points reinstated via Twitter at the time).

But now.. I think most of my points were 5+ years ago. So I have LOTS of points to spend between now and... June 2025 if I interpret that right??

What's interesting though is, when I asked for the points reinstated last year, they asked me to show them any past statement because they (presumably) didn't have the records themselves. So I wonder if they even know when my points were awarded to begin with...
