Right at the beginning of the flight, ask the FA (flight attendant) for a memory foam pillow, which is a lot better than the flimsy ones that are waiting at your seat. Socks, lip balm and mouthwash are also available on request.

As there are two of you travelling, the D&H seats will work well for you.
