Say what you will of IC Houston MC but during his tenure there, that hotel seem to be well run.
Slightly short staffed but at least those insitu were all very positive in spirit.
Hotel also adhered to IHG-1rewards + AMB/RA program, will be good chance that this Voco will follow a good course.
However maybe go even a step further as the hotel is in metropolis capital like Seoul serving a competitive landscape.
