I am using this old post.
I booked a flight EDI-NCE on 5 July for £223.97.
The flight arrived 3h45 min late due to a technical problem then crew timed out ans was replace.
I put in a claim and Easyjet sent by email a EUR100 voucher for a new Easyjet Holiday booking before 31 Auguste 2024 for travel before. It is totally unusable for me.
Of course, the email cannot be answered.
I believe that UK/EC261 entitles the pax to at least a £220. Distance between EDI and NCE is 1,561km, so should be £350
What should be my next step? file another claim??
