Re. catering for 14 hour flights - yes, 2 meals is perhaps a bit stingy, yet no-one starved. Not sure what they would have in the WT/WTP galley to nibble on (ice cubes?).
it’s things like chocolate bars, biscuits, crisps etc. nothing substantial
