I do eat anything but that cod and noodle dish look very nice. I think, from the photo, I would be very happy with it. How was it cooked? Fish is often over cooked on an aeroplane. The tipping point between okay and tough is critical and all but impossible to do in the air. I’m not sure the posh chefs that design the menus could do it in the air.
