Had another 2 night stay - booked a junior suite, and they apologized for not able to further upgrade for the stay.

Cafe Fig is still the only restaurant that's open, although at least now it is back open in the evening hours, with the bar open until midnight on weekends.

As Marr3wk had pointed out, there are extended brunch options on Saturdays and Sundays, which are available as part of the Globalist breakfast voucher.

What is included with the voucher is still inconsistent - the server said I can get a hot drink, main course, and a "side", which she had to verbalize since they were not listed on the menu. She also encouraged me to get something else other than drip coffee, since they provide drip coffee to everyone for free and I should get something "fun". Alas, only the standard espresso drinks are included, and not the fancy Speciality drinks.

No check signing was necessary if a voucher was used, and there were no add-ons.

Here's the Poke Bowl:

And here's the grilled shrimp, which is basically a Vietnamese bún (noodle salad with fish sauce).

Interestingly, the server on the second morning never came back after taking the order.
