It's 1A or 1K for me. I have never had a problem with being disturbed by the locker as this really only happens at the start and end of the flight. I find rows 2 and 3 to be too close to other seats and row 4 to be too close the galley and bathrooms. As most people have to travel backwards to go anywhere in the cabin, the further forward you sit, the less you are disturbed and the more you can sit gaze out the window while listening to some tunes or watching a movie.
