BA product teams struggle to devise a customer focused service on these very long Japan sectors, especially on the 14hr+ daylight return from Haneda. Other airlines easily manage to hand out something as simple as a sandwich to all passengers mid-flight. Yes, passengers can go to the galley but with up to 9hrs between meals, the BA product teams need to do better.
