Glad that worked out for you! I tried calling United, the agent tried to be helpful but ended up transferring me to Lufthansa. Unfortunately the Lufthansa agent was less than helpful and could only tell me it's Condor's responsibility, and wouldn't even give me the tracking information that I can see online from the Star Alliance website. Not quite sure how to escalate this, if I still don't hear back from Condor in a few days, I guess I'll file a complaint with the Department of Transportation?
