Well, well, well.
Chase is saying my new IHG Card doesn't qualify for the 165K bonus.
The ONLY reason I signed up for it.
Met my 3K spend in April. Been emailing, calling, and using online complaint with IHG and Chase. Escalated multiple x. IHG pointing to Chase.
They tried to convince me that my 25 yr Anniversary 4n award was my sign-up award. I sent them the anniversary email, for proof. So now they are just stating that my offer wasn't eligible:
"After a close review, your account did not have a 165k bonus points as a sign up offer. The new offer you are requesting is not eligible for this account. Our signup bonus offer keeps on changing periodically and can vary based on the time and channel of the application. You are eligible for the signup bonus available at the time of your application."
I have answered this online notice asking them what bonus was my card eligible for? None?
I did not think of doing screen shots of the offer when I signed up.
I am floored.
