There was a Condor baggage agent at the SFO baggage carousel, but she was not particularly helpful, just sent like the ten of us to their mybag.aero website to make a claim. Whenever I look up my bag report on there, it just says that they're searching and to check back later, but there's been no update since I originally filed my report. The baggage tag itself is the original Lufthansa one from Athens, the Condor check-in agent at Frankfurt just scanned it have the baggage handlers load the bag since I was not able to retrieve it after the missed connection.
