Extremely surprising to see a rebooking on Condor. Of course LH has an interlining agreement with DE, but they must have looked for ‘any’ other *A option before rebooking on DE.
DE and luggage is not easy - who handled your missing bag report in SFO? They are essentially responsible to give you information. The *A bag tracker may no longer work since DE is not *A and visibility will be limited. Your missing bag receipt should have details on who to contact and usually also an online option - this is what I would use, LH will be of limited use.
