Website now accepting reservations from Jan, 30 2025, but who knows if that date will stick. Pricing is interesting/on par with very high end properties in south beach with rooms starting in the high $800s or 25,000 points per night. Curious to see of this will change as it seems pretty overpriced even for SoBe IMO.
