I'm somewhat biased by my negative experience this weekend, but I think BACFs operation at LCY used to be pretty good within the constraints they operate under .. more recently seems to be more struggling ... Not sure why .. we don't get the same insight on the operation that we do on mainline Heathrow on the FT board here .. but I think there's something that's not working as well as it used to ?
