If you stopover in Singapore then your 1-segment SYD-LON becomes two segments (SYD-SIN and SIN-LON), pushing your itinerary to 17 segments, one more than is allowed.
Not stopping in Singapore so looks like we are good to go. My only concern is whether Class D seats will be available on SYD-LON, will do some investigating on EF.
