+1 in economy (expect for light fares), so a max of 2 pieces
+0 in in premium economy and business, so a max of 2 pieces
+0 in in first, so a max of 3 pieces

HONs get +1 in all classes:
+1 in economy (expect for light fares), so a max of 2 pieces OR +2 in economy (expect for light fares), so a max of 3 pieces on certain routes
+1 in premium economy and business, so a max of 3 pieces
+1 in first, so a max of 4 pieces

However, I think that there are also airline specific policies. For LH (https://www.lufthansa.com/us/en/bagg...d-other-fees):
SEN get:
max 2 in economy
max 3 in business
max 4 in first
