No. You want a shuttle bus to take you 200m? Seriously? It would never be worth it. It would take much longer than just walking and most of that 3-minute walk can be through Emporium in air conditioned comfort anyhow. (Unless it's so late that Emporium is closed.)
I would prefer that not because it is 200 M, because the sidewalks are very challenging on Soi 24 and at times missing and broken. Appearently, you have not walked from BTS to the Hilton with a bog or you would understand.
