Baggage Allowance for SEN and *G on LH-Group Business Class

Up until today, I have always been able to check in 3 bags x 32kg on LH-group intra-European business class flights when using my A3*G, TK*G or LH SEN cards. On checking in at BER for flights to LCA via MUC this morning, the check-in agent requested a fee of €90 for the third bag which I refused to pay. They claimed that only 2 check-in bags were allowed because this was a 'domestic' European flight. After 30 minutes discussion with a supervisor who said she 'could not override the computer', they agreed to waive the fee.

My understanding is that FTL cardholders get an extra bag when flying Y but no additional allowance when flying C. And both SEN and *G cardholders get an extra bag when flying Y and C. Has this now changed so that SEN are no longer allowed an extra bag when flying intra-Europe?

It seems that other airlines like UA are currently enhancing away the long-standing *G privilege of extra baggage. If so, it would be useful to have a thread listing the changes that are underway for SEN and HON cardholders.
