OK, in retrospect I was reading between the lines a bit. I thought if the 3rd LAX was a seasonal suspension, it would've been stated explicitly as it was for PHX, but it isn't:


And the schedule change has been published. They killed the 138/139 flight numbers but kept their timings, renumbering to 136/135. LAX departures at 5:10pm and 9:30pm (the 7:45pm got cut) and LHR departures at 11:15am and 4:50pm (the 1:30pm got cut).
