Lounges: Delta elites and AMEX/Chase/CapOne card holders have access to lounges.
Checked baggage: For business trips under one week, or personal under two weeks, I try to do carry-on.
If laundry is covered by corp travel or my own pocket, I can make two weeks work for business travel too. (note: I don't have large toiletries)
Food: Airline meals - even D1/business on other airlines - is nothing to write home about. For overnight TATL, I prefer to not eat, since it's 1am-3am in Europe when we depart.

So for me, this is outstanding news. Get to the airport late, or transfer, and have a nice seat to sleep for 6-10 hours.
