On the other side of this, the hotel is pretty clear that beach access isn't an included amenity. It's a third party venue run by TAO Group. It's pretty common in the lifestyle hotel space to get third parties to operate all the hospitality and to bundle nothing - you're paying to stay upstairs from the club. You don't get upset at the Venetian for not allowing comp access to TAO Beach.
I don't check the hotel's specific website when I book. I just book on the Hyatt app and expect there to not be random hidden fees. I'm assuming the hotel's website is where they "make it pretty clear"? Side note, their website won't even load right now when I checked. If they want to call it a Hyatt and put it on their app then they need to list these fees there. Especially if it's as absurd as $150 for a lounge chair. They don't even charge for lounge chairs in West Hollywood. I feel like this is so absurd that you're just playing devil's advocate.
