Another thumbs up for the daytime flights from me. I have flown monthly on the early morning 238 from BOS for the last 3 months with another next month. I head up to Boston the evening before and stay in the Hilton at the airport which is a reasonably short walk from the BA gates at the E Terminal. I connect up to Scotland in the evening and am normally in our house by around midnight if the last flight is on time. To bed about 1-2am and then up around 8am ready for a full day ahead. I often find that the second morning is the hardest but once through that it's plain sailing and a lot less trouble than a short overnight east coast flight.
