Sad but true. Unless DL or UA get a wild hair to do something wacky in FAI in winter, AS will be more than content to route anything out of FAI through SEA or ANC. Even with DL at FAI year round AS has something like 90% market share there.
At least FAI/SEA seems to be about 5 winter flights per day - I seem to remember several years back that it was maybe 1 or 2 daily.
I wonder if there's enough FAI traffic to support a 3x (or so) a week HI service - and I mean generally HI, where it might not presently make sense to share revenue on a single ticket with another inter-island airline, but it might make sense if AS owns the inter-island airline.
