Dish was interesting but not enough flavor - really needed a lot more curry. Cod was a bit overcooked. Wasn't actually bad. I really appreciated the fact that they gave a Schar's gluten free seeded roll (with clearly labeled ingredients) instead of a rice cake. I actually tried finding it so that I could buy some for myself when I got back home, but I couldn't find them available anywhere locally.

Didn't notice any ice cream offered mid-flight. FAs came through the cabin a couple times offering water. Galley in the back had a snack box with Corn snacks, chips, and chocolate.

Pre-landing meal was a warm Indian-style (gluten-free) wrap filled with some sort of chickpea curry and roasted sweet potatoes. Packaging was labelled Do&Co and had a full list of ingredients on it as well. Looked better and was actually larger than the Monty's boxes that everyone else got. Just very heavy on carbs.
