How hard is it to just make it a little nicer if they aren't gonna do a hot meal? AA doesn't do hot breakfasts on RONs involving a no catering station and do like a cereal type continental breakfast too. The difference with AA though is that they at least do the bare minimum and plate everything to make it at least look presentable instead of this lump of garbage.
Yes I will say Pre-COVID DL served a hot meal on the outbound ATL-JAC and on the return they served a plated meal (Cereal with actual real milk that somehow they kept cold, a Banana (instead of cut up fruit), and a pre packaged muffin but it was plated. It is interesting that they also didn't worry about the meals overnight on the outbound flight or the spoiled food. My how things have changed and they have decided to cut cost.
