When it was a Cat. 2, the extra points for a deluxe suite was not much more than a standard suite. Even now the points difference is not great though more than before.
If you broke up your long stay into 3-4 shorter stays, and if you talked up check-in staff (esp. managers) in the lounge in a friendly way, almost for sure you would have been further upgraded on your 2nd or 3rd stays, even from a regular, standard suite.

Now that I think about it, I've had 2206 before in 2022, but they it called an Executive Suite. Also, the balcony was not accessible (doors were locked), nor did it have furniture there. There was no railing to prevent falls either so it was just blocking my view for no reason.
Would not want 2206 again, lol.
I noticed Executive Suites have nearly the same layout as Premier Suites, I wonder if these two types can be reconfigured depending on their needs?
