checkerboard — the $377 offer seems like a good deal and I’d consider taking it. Depending on your travel patterns, save the SWU for when the upgrade offers / fare differences are substantially higher.

Yeah it isn't working for me either. I have 3 pax JFK-DEL rt. The SWUs cleared for DEL-JFK, but they're waitlisted for JFK-DEL. But frankly I would be very happy to just go ahead and confirm a buy-up offer!

It would definitely be an improvement if applying a SWU no longer blocked visibility of buy-up offers.
