You are obviously on separate tickets. You will have to collect bags from U2 and recheck them with QR, so you’ll have to go landside and go through immigration twice (once on arrival in 2D and once on departure in T1) . Once you are landside in 2D, you have to walk to the CDGVAL train in the middle of terminal 2 complex (where the Sheraton and high speed train station are). It’s a 5-10 min walk and take the CDGVAL train to terminal 1. Three hours are a minimum to connect on separate tickets. You should be fine unless there is a big delay for the U2 flight, knowing that you will have to check-in with QR at least 1hr before flight time.
