Dear community,
I have a revenue ticket issued by Air Nz which includes a segment jfk to vie operated by OS booked in Economy H class.
I used miles & more miles to request an upgrade into Business I class via the miles & more German call centre (tried Philippine call centre but did not get any where).
it was waitlisted in early March 24, the flight is Sept 5th 24.
i saw yesterday that the waitlisted segment in I class has been deleted somehow-well it does not show up any more as part of my booking.
is that normal?
tried to get it sorted via the call centre but they could not help.
they said Os would sometimes block certain booking classes for upgrades.
have they just kicked me off their waitlist?
I tried to waitlist the upgrade again but even the call centre agent could not do that as she told me she got an error code.
strange
any ideas or anyone having had similar experiences in the past?
