And will we ever see a return of WS to Amsterdam? I recall that during the controversy over the proposed capacity cuts, WS was one of the airlines (alongside JetBlue) which hadn't been allocated any slots. But then as I understand it the Dutch authorities decided against the capacity cuts (due to the threat of US retaliation against KLM) and 9W got to maintain its transatlantic service to AMS. Would WS try to get landing slots for 2025, and would Max service from YHZ be feasible?
The return of YHZ - CDG is likely, as It had been served prior, and WS seems committed to transatlantic flights from YHZ.
There could also be chances of YHZ/YYZ - KEF if YYC - KEF does well.
WS likely won’t return to AMS, as YYC - AMS isn’t doing well, and WS and KLM have agreements. WS is likely to steer from KLM territory.
