Hello,

I am trying to book Qatar business class using AA miles. The trip is SFO-BOM in around May/Jun/25. I use the calendar feature to see the available dates. There are few indirect shown available, but none direct from SFO-DOH.

However, when I click through, I get this message:
"We're sorry but at least one of the flights or fares you chose is no longer available."

I am seeing this message for ALL the Qatar business class seats. I am able to click through to book BA business or Qatar economy but not Qatar business. I suspected it was ghost availability, so I called in to AA and the CSR was not able to book anything either. However, the flights still show up in the calendar after a couple of days.

Is AA withholding the ability to book these flights based on status? I do not have any status with AA. I haven't used AA miles to book Qatar for some time, so may be out of the loop if something has changed since the last couple of years.
