We booked a Delta Vacations package (Flight + Hotel + Transfer) over new years eve (28 Dec 23 - 3 Jan 24) to CUN. Flights were originally booked in Main Cabin. The package cost around $9500. IIRC, I used 100,000 miles to partially pay the cost of the package. The rest went on my credit card.

Me and my companion traveller, both, received approximately $870 MQDs each for the flight portion of the package. I (the primary booker) received an additional $7000 MQDs for the hotel portion of the booking. The MQDs for the flights were posted within a few days of each flight. The MQDs for the hotel portion didn't post until mid-February. The pending activity did not show the $7000 pending MQDs.

We used miles to upgrade to First on the return and MQDs for that were posted separately as Seat Upgrade: Mileage and MQD Accrual.
