Just to be aware, BA’s algo’s will kick in shortly and remove all occupants from the F cabin on a service without F, until about 36hrs before departure when it will be decided if the F cabin is required based on passenger loads. So if you wish to stay with this flight and accept the downgrade to Club (and return some Avios), I would suggest you pick the Club seats you want vs waiting to be kicked out of 2K and ending up with whatever is left at that stage.

FLUB, if required, will only open about 24hrs ahead of departure and even then you’ll probably need to check here or on EF to see if it will be required and thus if any selected seat in F (at that point) will remain.
