Check what posted to your credit card. Whatever the cost was in the email should have been the same amount charged by "AMEX Fine Hotels and Resorts".
As another poster said, there should be another line, "Due at Hotel Additional Property Fees", which is something that would get charged at checkout or waived if Globalist.
Just stop by the front desk on your way out to make everything correctly posted. Since the room was prepaid, as a Globalist, the only charges on your folio should be room charges minus the $100 credit and probably parking if it is not included in the resort fee.
