Do you mean Hotel + Car? Don't see any option to book a hotel alone on DV website. There was a recent promo to earn MQDs on Delta Stays bookings, but that ended on June 24th.
If you go to "Modify", after you initially click search (and after your results come up), there is a tab with the option for hotel and car/transfer. Looks like it should work. I forgot to log onto my SM account and after I did the estimated MQD earnings comes up.
