Could be to many inquires but the rep specifically told me it was the number of cards. She had me on the phone for 10 or15 minutes while she looked things over and came back with the tally and gave that as the reason.
More recent DPs are indicating that about 4 or 5 Ink cards is about as many as Chase is willing to allow. There are exceptions of course, but for the most part it seems to be a cutoff. The recommendation is to close them when they're a year old if you're getting more.
