It seems like BA has no idea what the terms of the promotion are. In fact the way the representative reads Paragraph 5, the JFK-HEL-JFK flight that someone mentioned earlier would be eligible.
Would appreciate people's thoughts on how to proceed from here. I am EXP with AA and thought I would change my "status allegiance" to BA starting with this promotion, but my experience so far has been negative to say the least.
That reply is asinine for so many reasons it's hard to know where to start, but good lord it is embarassing that a rep for British Airways was never informed that the UK is in Europe - I'm almost afraid to ask what continent Brad thinks the UK belongs to.
