AUH-LHR 8th July:

Zero Group 0 call; just a “Business, First, and anyone with children…” call so half the plane.

I’m flying from DXB next time so let’s see how it goes but AUH is a lost station. It’ll never get fixed.

Flight full, and asking for pax with bags to go up. I presented myself as Group 0 but no Group 0 announcement was made. They turned on the escalator and away everyone went who had checked in a free bag.

Another fail.
