Anyone else seeing lengthier delay recently in getting credit? Purchased 2 reward ticket flights with $300 total in international fees on May 6, but have yet to receive any credit or have the tracker move. Following up on this, I never received this credit and after multiple discussions with Amex Customer Service was told that award fees were excluded from the credit and there was nothing they could do to assist. They were unable to give me any explanation as to why I received the credit in prior years but not this year. Not sure if they are tracking this more carefully than in years past or if it now needs to stay below $150 in order to go through, but FYI for others to be careful.
