You need to call UA customer service, and provide them with all of the details for review and hopefully the resolution you are looking for.
On the details part, just so you are aware, both itinerary screenshots include confirmation numbers and passenger traveler names. This is a public forum, anyone on the internet can take those two piece of info, and access active itinerary. Couldn't make out whether you had cancelled one or both itineraries, but on the safe side, you may want to delete and re-upload screenshots with those info redacted.
