BA238, originally BOS-LHR, has been cancelled, so the passengers have to be reaccommodated somehow, but it's a darn sight easier for them than the passengers at YYR.. That service is the morning BOS 07:20 hrs daytime service, so the crew will have a good amount of working hours at this point. G-VIIL should pick up the Goose Bay passengers, originally from ORD to LHR.
Current timings are departing YYR at 14:00, arriving LHR 18:36. YYR is 4 hours behind London time BST.
Edit at 13:39 BST, G-VIIL is about to depart Logan, as BAW9155, 900 statute miles, so about 2 hours of flying.
14.00 in Goose Bay is 18.00 in London. Even Concorde could not do the journey in 36 minutes.
