Friend of mine was on delayed 85. Spent 4hrs on the plane all told and travelled as far as the runway and back.

There was one member of ground staff dealing with the whole aircraft after they were bussed back to T5. No sign of the delayed flight on the screens in T5 at the moment so if anyone has any info on retimed departure I’d be ever so grateful.
