Yep, It's a shame. HGI was my favorite Hilton brand because of its amenities (working business center, comp breakfast for Diamonds, coffee 24/7) and consistency. Well, I stopped eating breakfast, and the rest has gone away, or at least is very inconsistent these days. Home2Suites is my favorite now, by far.

OP, a tip - when needed and there is no other working option, I usually ask the front desk to print for me using their back office printer.
