Just completed two booking via FHR and no dice on the upgrades.

Ritz Carlton Millenia Singapore acknowledged that I would normally get an upgrade but the were fully booked of the room type they would have upgraded me to. I could have tried the next day to move rooms but it wasn't worth the time or hassle. I do appreciate they did at least inform me of why I didn't get one.

Peninsula Manila didn't even mention anything about an upgrade but did explain all the benefits of using FHR that I was entitled to at their property. Bummed I didn't get an upgrade or even mention of one and the F&B credit is limited to one restaurant only on site. I did get full access to the 3rd floor gallery which had breakfast and evening bites and cocktails. That was a nice touch but I did not partake as I was out and about most days.
