I am considering gatting an amex BUT when I do a search it says yes, however when I look at the actual amex website it is not listed as possible.
Apparently amex won't talk to me unless I already have a card or want to apply.
Is it possible that I cannot transfer in the US, but if I was a Singapore card holder I could (it looks like one of the searchs may have drawn from that website.
