OTOH, AmEx FHR or Hotel Collection (or Virtuoso, but these usually aren't booked online) can include good perks for the same rate as hyatt.com would offer.
It was one I hadn't heard of.
With the booking channels you mention they tend to be higher priced but include perks correct?
But when I researched it on social media yesterday it seemed its all on the up and up with no horror stories that I could trace
They take their stay next month so i will report if its a success as well as share more details/data points
about the site and their customer service if any
